A super delicious dressing for salads or crudite. I love to make this Lemon Basil Dressing in the springtime when basil is abundant and lemons are at their peak. If I can find a Meyer lemon, I will definitely use it.
All you need is:
- A blender or food processor
- 1 lemon
- A cup of basil
- A touch of dijon mustard
- Garlic
- Salt and pepper
